Thistle London Trafalgar Square

I recently stayed at the Thistle London Trafalgar Square and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Trafalgar Square and all the other major sights. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the reception manager, Prince, who went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. My room was clean and spacious, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the view of the city from my window. The hotel's amenities were also excellent. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of delicious options. The bar was also a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend the Thistle London Trafalgar Square to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in London. The staff, the location, and the amenities were all top-notch. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location located a couple of minutes walk from Trafalgar Square and all the west end has to offer. Loads of restaurants and cafes, we particularly enjoyed the Thai Square. The Hotel was nice enough. The staff were helpful and polite but my main disappointment was the room. It was a standard double so my expectations were realistic, however I was surprised by the bathrooms shabby state. It desperately needed a new suite, tiles etc. Other than that the room was fine for a two night break.

UPDATE; 10/24/23. Fire alarms go off 8 AM AND 11 PM everyday. They ran out of water and toilet paper. Horrible horrible service. They should be checked out by authorities. Currently here now. This is probably one of the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The fire alarms go off every morning. Today they went off twice at 8 AM. We tried to check in when we first got here and they tried to make us pay AGAIN. We already paid online but then they tried saying we owed another 1500$ after we already paid it all. The maid service is horrible. No clean sheets , they just make ur bed and don’t rake care of the trash cans. The shower had bugs in it when we first got in there. The beds are THE most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept in before in my life. Rooms are small. AC doesn’t work. The workers are rude and never try to give customer satisfaction. I wish that i could say this didn’t ruin my trip here but it did make affect my London experience. Do not ever come here. If i could get refunded and take my service elsewhere i would definitely take my money back and go somewhere nicer.
